Sunny NM

Hi All......we have been watching the weather up there in Minnesota, and wow has it been cold! We are starting to enjoy spring here, many days have been sunny and in the 60s. We are excited about the new blog, this should be an interesting way for us all to keep in touch.
Whoever does the invites to the blog should note 2 things: first, make sure the invite has something that identifies the sender as who they are and that the email is legit...I deleted the 1st one I got, thinking it was spam...also, make sure folks know they will have to sign up for a Google account to gain access.
Anyway, work and home situation is about the same as when we came there last month. I went to an interview at the Electric Utility for the City of Farmington, so we will see what happens there. Well, talk to you all soon. We love you!

First blog

Hi Jacobs clan, We are enjoying our NM stay. The weather has been warm and sunny! The area is much cleaner than it was at Farmington. We joined a bible study at San Clemente Catholic in Los Lunas, which is about 12 miles from us. The people were very freindly! There is a Catholic church in Belen where we live, and we went there the first sun. we were here, but there didn't seem to be anything going on there,as far as programs were concerned. There is of course a large mexican population here. This is Molly's hometown. We've seen where she went to school and the neighborhood she grew up in. Hope you are all doing well! Thanks Doug for setting this up. I hope the family participates!
